To the WBNY Alumni Chapter and Receive
25th Anniversary Commemorative Items

The WBNY Alumni Chapter is committed to helping the station and its staff (past and present) in many ways. Donations to the WBNY Alumni Chapter Fund will support annual WBNY Alumni Reunions, as well as, provide mentoring and networking opportunities. Your donation
is much appreciated and tax deductible! Check with your tax adviser for more information.


    ▪ If you donate a minimum of $15, you'll receive a WBNY 25th Anniversary                                 compilation CD.

    ▪ If you donate a minimum of $25, you'll receive a WBNY 25th Anniversary T-shirt.

    ▪ WBNY ULTIMATE FAN PACKAGE: If you donate a minimum of $35, you'll receive a               WBNY 25th Anniversary T-shirt, compilation CD and bumper sticker!

How to Donate:

* Go to ... http://www.buffalostate.edu/foundation/

* Fill out the necessary information for making a gift.

* THIS PART IS REALLY IMPORTANT!!! After you choose the amount of the gift there will be a designation drop-down list. Select "WBNY Alumni Chapter Fund."

* THIS IS ALSO REALLY IMPORTANT!!! If you indicate "100% to WBNY Alumni Chapter Fund" in the "Comments" box, the WBNY Alumni Chapter gets 100% of your donation. If you don't specify that, the WBNY Alumni Chapter gets 50% of your donation and the Buffalo State Alumni Association gets the other 50% (to support alumni events, programs, services, scholarships, reunions, etc.).

* The Development Office will then take care of depositing your gift into the chapter account.

* To receive your WBNY 25th Anniversary T-shirt (with a donation of $30 or more), please indicate that you would like a T-shirt in the "Comments" box and specify the size you would like (Youth Large and Adult S, M, L, XL & XXL). The Alumni Affairs Office will mail your T-shirt to you.

* According to IRS regulations, the receipt amount of your donation will be reduced by the value of any benefit received (value of the T-shirt is $6.50). To decline the benefit of a T-shirt, please indicate this in the "Comments" box and you will receive a tax receipt for the full amount of your gift.

* If you have any questions or wish to donate by mail or by phone, contact the Alumni Affairs Office at (716) 878-6001 or (800) 672-2722. Remember to specify that the donation is for the WBNY Alumni Chapter Fund.
